Switched out from doing Arm Toning Routine #1 to Zen’d Out (due to recovering from Covid). Beginner level.

Turnout for class was GREAT! Didn’t cough once during, really great! Good responses from everyone. Thank you all for joining me. Hope to see you all next class.
